CLASS DESCRIPTION

During this 4 hour class with a range portion, you will earn a certificate for either the provisional or standard carry permits. We provide guidance on getting both the resident and non-resident permits. We will cover the importance of firearm safety, situational awareness, personal protection, and the basic nomenclature and operation of handguns, where you can and can't carry your firearm in the state of Utah, as well as Utah's laws on self-defense and the use of deadly force. *A criminal background check is conducted for all applicants when submitting an application after training. *The customer must be at least 21+ to obtain a Utah CCW permit and attend class. This permit is available to be obtained by current residents or non-residents of the state.
